TO BECOME A MEMBER OF KEY CLUB COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING--
1. 2018-2019 Membership Form/Contract – You can complete this form online, but there is also a hard copy of the contract if you would like to print it and read it. 2. Key Club Dues and T-shirts - Payment of $20 (cash preferred) should be paid by November 16. Club T-shirts may be purchased for $10.00. Make checks payable to AHS Key Club and include a Driver’s License number and telephone number. Dues payments must be made at a Key Club meeting or wherever approved by the sponsors. You may pay for club dues and a t-shirt using the same check. If you are having trouble with access to the form: If you use Google apps through work or school, make sure you’re signed in to the correct account. When someone makes a form through work or school, only people in their organization can see the form. Unless they change that setting, these forms can’t be viewed from a Gmail account. Step 1: Sign out of your Gmail account 1. Go to myaccount.google.com. 2. In the top right, click your photo. If you don’t see a photo, you might see the Account image . 3. Click Sign out. Step 2: Sign in with your Google Account for work or school 1. Type in your Google Account for work or school. 2. Click Next. 3. Type your password. 4. Click Sign in.
